  • Do you have discounts for bulk orders?
    Yes. The discount is dependent on the number of orders or the total gross amount. Just shoot us a message and we will give you more info! :)
  • What are the payment methods?
    We accept Visa & MasterCard, GCash, Paymaya, and GrabPay via PayMongo. Click ‘Manual Payment’ upon checkout and we’ll send you the payment link through email OR you can also fill-up the details through our Paymongo page: https://paymongo.page/l/naipocareph Other payment methods are Bank Transfer (BDO) and Paypal.
  • Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
    We accept cash, but only upon Pick-up at our Mandaluyong Office.
  • Do you deliver to provincial areas?
    We deliver to provincial locations, through our courier CliqNShip. Price is dependent on the weight of the order/s.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    We have an office and warehouse in Mandaluyong, but our showroom is still under construction
  • How long will the delivery take?
    If you’re in Metro Manila, we can do same-day delivery. For outside Metro Manila, the duration is 3-5 working days.
  • Can I request an official receipt?
    Yes, please take note that there is a 12% VAT included in the total bill.

  • What's the difference between oCuddle and oCuddle Plus?
    Basically, the P1 is cordless and the C1 needs to be plugged in. But the C1 comes with a travel bag and car charger.
  • What's the difference between the oCuddle Plus and the Cordless neck and shoulder massager?
    The Cordless is heavier, has a longer battery working time, and shorter shoulder strap length than the oCuddle Plus. In terms of functions, they are the same. Here's a quick comparison between the two:
  • Does your product have a warranty?
    We have a 2-year warranty for quality-related issues. Once you receive the product you may sign up on our warranty registration portal. https://www.naipocare.ph/support
  • How can I get my unit repaired?
    Email us a video of the issue at info@naipocare.ph After that, we'll give you the address of the office so you can have it sent there for checking. Note: There is a check-up fee of 100-200 pesos for us to determine if the problem of the unit is covered by warranty.
